OAC Unveils Brand New OAC Resource Library!

The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) is excited to announce the launch of its brand-new public resource, the OAC Resource Library. The library features a wealth of information on topics such as nutrition strategies, the science of obesity, bariatric surgery, weight bias, exercise, and more. From resource articles to videos to guides, the OAC Resource Library is a true testament to the unparalleled science-based education that the OAC is known and respected for.

“The OAC Resource Library is a tremendous public resource. Throughout the past 16 years, OAC has continually provided our members and the public with valuable education on diverse topics. Our biggest hurdle was ‘how do we feature all of this in one place?’ The library answers that question and really provides people with a great user experience,” said Joe Nadglowski, OAC President and CEO.

Content for the new library was sourced from key OAC educational programming, such as Weight Matters Magazine, the Weight Matters Annual Convention, OAC Health Talks, and much more. “The OAC prides itself on producing quality education. It’s one of our core pillars, and we take it very seriously, as we know there is so much misinformation out there when it comes to obesity. This new resource truly showcases the breadth of knowledge that the OAC provides,” said Patty Nece, JD, OAC Chair.

The OAC Resource Library will now play home to all these incredible resources. To view the OAC Resource Library, please visit www.obesityaction.org/library.
