Gluten Free Eating Options

We are seeing more and more people developing gluten allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities in society today. A gluten allergy, or Celiac Disease, is an autoimmune and digestive disorder that damages the villi lining of the small intestine when consuming gluten. A sensitivity or an intolerance to gluten is not the same as Celiac Disease, as it is not as severe, but can be highly uncomfortable. Always consult your doctor to confirm if you think you may have gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease.

For those that know they need to consume a gluten-free diet, below is a list of local fast-casual and sit-down restaurants that have gluten-free options, upgrades, or menu items. If you do have Celiac Disease, be sure to let your server know, so the kitchen can be sure to avoid any cross-contamination.

I have highlighted some (though not all) of their popular choices as well!
