Directions:

Participate in an activity at any location listed below and then either list on your Activity Tracker Sheet or fill out a participation ticket at that site!

1. HealthTrack Sports Wellness (HTSW)
  Fun Fitness Challenge
  July 14, 2019, from 9:30 – 11:30 AM
  Preregistration at Health Tracks Sport Wellness (in addition to the Flat Apple Registration) is required. Registration at HTSW is July 14.
2. Lombard Park District Open House –
  August 6, 2019, from 5 – 9 PM
  Paradise Bay Water Park
  437 East St. Charles Road
3. KidsFun Food Fest with WTTW and Mariano’s of Lombard
  August 7, 2019, from 9:30 – 11 AM
  Two Chefs will be at the door greeting kids and handing participants directions for a Nutritional Scavenger Hunt type game.
  Participants will also receive tickets for a 10 AM or 10:40 AM time slot to have their photo taken with a PBS character.
