Cialis is a reversible, selective, effective inhibitor of specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). It also has the generic international name Tadalafil. At the moment when sexual arousal leads to the release of nitric oxide in a local way, inhibition by Cialis causes an increase in the level of cyclic guanosine monophosphate in the erectile tissue of the penis. The result is the relaxation of arterial smooth muscles and increased blood flow to the penis. This causes an erection. In the absence of sexual stimulation, no effect is observed if Cialis is used.

The drug Cialis has the ability to improve erection and increases the likelihood of successful sexual intercourse. Its effect can be felt for 36 hours. The effectiveness of this tool is observed already 15 minutes after its use. A necessary condition for this is sexual arousal. In healthy men, Cialis does not cause any changes in blood pressure. The agent does not lead to a deviation in the heart rhythm. There is also no change in color recognition if Cialis is used. Its use does not affect the pressure inside the eyes, the size of the pupils, or visual acuity in general. When using Cialis, there are no changes in the level of testosterone, follicle-stimulating, and luteinizing hormones in the blood.

Application: indications, method, dosages

Cialis is recommended for use by men suffering from erectile dysfunction. The drug is taken orally. The maximum dose of Cialis is not more than 20 mg. It is recommended to take the drug no later than 15 minutes before the intended sexual contact. A man can have sexual intercourse within 36 hours from the moment of using the remedy.
