Developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, ESSENTRICS works every muscle in the body allowing them to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen. Working through the muscle chains by incorporating Tai Chi movements with theories of ballet, the muscles and joints become more flexible, resulting in a pain-free body. ESSENTRICS also has a major focus on the feet because weak, inflexible foot muscles lead to damage of the primary joints (ankles, knees, hips, spine).
