Thanks for Supporting Apple Crunch Day 

Wow!  What an awesome show of support.  Thank you to all the organizations and all the students who took time out to “crunch” an apple on October 24th.  It was a great way to participate in a healthy activity that demonstrates how even little steps can make a big difference towards building a healthier lifestyle.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU also goes to Jewel/Osco (on Mani and Roosevelt in Lombard) for providing support by donating over 2200 coupons for Free Apples.  They really went the extra mile to help folks make the healthy choice and easy choice.
