Easy, Tasty, Veggies 

Jenn McGrath, L.Ac, Dipl.OM, shared a tasty way to get your vegetables in.  Finicky eaters love this as well. #simplevegetablereci pe

Cut Asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, red onion, garlic and toss with grapeseed oil, and 1 tsp each of rosemary, thyme and sea salt.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.  In the summer try grilling instead.
