Get Moving: Adding Activity for Better Health 

Do you want to make everyday tasks easier? Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center is hosting a seminar that will educate you with simple ways to add extra movement into your daily life thereby improving your overall health and fitness. These new ideas can also improve the quality and enjoyment of your workout. 

Learn easy ways to add small amounts of activity throughout your day whether you’re stuck at work or do not belong to a workout facility. 

Already exercising?  You will be provided with ideas on how to revamp your workout using technology tools such as heart rate monitors and phone applications.  This will make your workout more interesting which can boost your results and keep you coming back for more fun. 

This lecture will run Tuesday, April 2nd from 1pm-2pm and Wednesday April 3rd from 7pm-8pm.  Everyone is welcome as this is a free event to all community members.
